Finance Manager

About this role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic financial planning within our real estate development business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, leadership capabilities, and industry-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management
Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
Manage financial controls, risk assessments, and internal audit processes
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency
Monitor project costing and profitability within real estate developments
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate or development industry
Previous role at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Oracle, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
