We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join our finance team in Prague. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, work with financial documentation and reporting, and help ensure accuracy across internal financial processes. Responsibilities:
Process financial and accounting documentation
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and analytical materials
Perform reconciliations with clients and suppliers
Monitor accuracy and completeness of financial information
Support internal financial operations and reporting processes
Collaborate with the finance team on daily activities and ongoing projects

Requirements
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
High level of responsibility and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Czech accounting principles
Ability to work with large volumes of financial data
English level B1+ or higher
