About this role

Responsible for providing financial analysis, insights and decision support to our Asia Pacific business units. This role bridges finance and operations, ensuring financial performance is understood, risks are managed, and opportunities for value creation are identified. This role partners closely with General Managers, Operations Directors and other functional Directors to provide financial insights, support decision-making with strong alignment with business targets

Key Accountabilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis
Support the budgeting process, long-range planning, and financial forecasting
Support business cases preparation and provide financial input in contract negotiation for new projects and product launches
Provide financial support for commercial strategies, lifecycle management, and operational initiatives.
Translate financial data into actionable business insights focused on pricing strategies, cost optimisation, and margin improvement

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support
Partner with Commercial, Business Development, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, HR, and other functional leaders to support decision making and investment prioritization.
Provide deep financial analysis, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and insights to support management
Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve financial performance
Support audit processes and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Performance Management
Monitor financial performance against KPIs and targets
Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers
Develop dashboards and reporting packs for senior management
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
Guide teams with financial insights that balance growth, profitability, and cost discipline

Process Improvement
Identify and drive opportunities for improving financial processes and systems
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting and analysis
Support implementation of financial systems and tools
Partner with accounting teams to ensure data integrity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is preferred.
5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
Healthcare, FMCG or related business experience useful but not essential
Business English Language skills
Strong level of practical accounting skills
Financial analysis skills
Commercially savvy with strong business acumen
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
