Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance & Business Consultant to join our growing Financial Advisory team. This role is designed for professionals with a strong financial, corporate finance, or audit background, capable of delivering high-quality, structured financial analysis and investment documentation in a demanding consulting environment.
The role focuses on financial modeling, business planning, and investment analysis, supporting clients in funding and investment decisions under EU Funding mechanisms and State Aid frameworks.
Requirements
Develop and review advanced financial models (IRR, NPV)
Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections for investment and funding purposes
Perform detailed profitability, cash flow, capital structure, and investment return analysis
Support clients in securing funding through Strategic Investments, Development Law, ESPA, and RRF programs
Analyze and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement)
Support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial control processes
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and financial decision‑support discussions
Build long‑term client relationships through ongoing financial advisory support

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or audit
(Auidit firm, or transaction advisory background strongly preferred)
In‑depth knowledge of Development Law and investment incentive frameworks will be preferred
Proven experience in business plan preparation and complex financial modelling
Strong background in financial reporting, performance analysis, and budgeting
Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial models, advanced formulas, scenario analysis)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and high attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
