Account specific roles and responsibilities
Manage AR processes specific to revenue cycle management
Handle accounts related to Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance (including Humana)
Process and reconcile co-insurance and employer compensation accounts
Review and work on unbilled reports, ensuring all claims are submitted promptly and accurately
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with billing and payer requirements

Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management (Healthcare Account)
Good working knowledge with Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance (Humana)
Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Etc.)
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
