As we continue to scale rapidly, finance plays a critical role in helping the business deploy capital thoughtfully, improve efficiency, and translate operational complexity into clear decision-making.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>CoreWeave is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Capacity Finance team within FP&amp;A. This role sits at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and operations, supporting the planning and analysis behind our global hardware and datacenter footprint.</p> <p>This person will support forecasting, capacity-related financial modeling, variance analysis, and investment decision support across GPU, CPU, storage, and network infrastructure. They will partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Datacenter Infrastructure, Revenue Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Corporate FP&amp;A to connect operational plans with financial outcomes.</p> <p>This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with large and changing datasets, and building analyses that directly inform high-impact decisions.&nbsp; Optimally, this person will have previous experience with building large, complex operational models, skills in data organization and automation, exceptional abilities in complex financial modeling and economic analysis, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support capacity planning and infrastructure investment decisions</li> <li>Support forecast, close, annual planning, and long-range planning processes for Capacity Finance</li> <li>Analyze actuals versus forecast and explain key variances related to deployment timing, hardware mix, utilization, and cost movements</li> <li>Translate operational inputs into financial impacts across CapEx, depreciation, cost of revenue, cash flow, and margin</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Datacenter Infrastructure, and Finance teams to evaluate assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs</li> <li>Track and report key capacity and financial KPIs, including metrics tied to utilization, sellable capacity, and capital efficiency</li> <li>Prepare clear reporting and commentary for Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Improve reporting consistency, model controls, and planning processes as the business scales</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or other business major is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, strategic finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role</li> <li>Strong Excel and modeling skills</li> <li>Experience working with large datasets and linking operational drivers to financial outcomes</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues into clear outputs</li> <li>Comfort operating cross-functionally in an environment with changing assumptions and evolving processes</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in datacenter, cloud, hardware, infrastructure, semiconductors, or supply chain finance</li> <li>Experience with Claude, SQL, Tableau, Power Query, or similar tools</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Wondering if you're a good fit?
