You’ll develop and execute regional marketing plans to generate pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle, and strengthen customer relationships.<br><br>We are focused on candidates located in the Northeastern United States region.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build quarterly Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs including third-party and Chainguard hosted events, in-person and virtual experiences, regional campaigns, roadshows, and direct mail&nbsp;</li> <li>Forecast and measure impact of marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results, optimizing as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Own the planning and execution of programs that penetrate key accounts in region&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource with the regional sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, and regional partners&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist sales leadership in understanding, participating, and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years in field marketing/demand generation, with proven experience in working with field teams and building regional plans</li> <li>Expertise in field events: Deep experience planning and executing a variety of field events, with a track record of successful event strategies tailored to targeted accounts and regional dynamics.</li> <li>Partnership Mindset: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships aligning marketing programs with key business objectives.</li> <li>Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and metrics to assess program effectiveness, with the ability to pivot strategies based on insights.</li> <li>Communication &amp; Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, inspire, and drive alignment across teams.</li> <li>Must be able to travel 20-25% during the quarter for events&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Base Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$111,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h3>About Us</h3> <p>We live and breathe our company values:</p> <ul> <li>We are customer obsessed — We focus on delivering solutions to our customers that create value and make their lives better.</li> <li>We have a bias for intentional action — We prioritize, plan, try things, and fail fast.</li> <li>We don't take ourselves too seriously (but we do serious work) — We are solving an important problem which takes focus, but we also like to enjoy the journey.</li> <li>We trust each other and assume good intentions — We're transparent with decisions to empower team members to make well informed decisions.</li> </ul> <p>A few of the benefits we offer:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Flexible &amp; Remote-First Culture:</strong> Work remotely with team meetup opportunities, bi-annual destination summits, and a monthly stipend for coworking spaces, phone and internet costs.</li> <li><strong>Our Approach to Equity:</strong> Receive stock options upon hire and promotion.
