* Oversee daily facility operations across multiple properties * Manage technical maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements * Coordinate external suppliers, contractors, and service providers * Supervise mobility solutions including fleet, parking, and employee transport policies * Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure operational efficiency * Implement workplace and infrastructure improvements * Act as a point of contact for internal teams and building occupants * Lead projects related to refurbishment, optimization, or relocation * Ensure alignment with environmental and sustainability targets
