Apt Resources is looking for a skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor to join the team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service and high-quality standards are consistently maintained. You will manage and mentor a team of F&B staff, coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your leadership will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality and a track record in luxury hotel F&B supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train F&B staff to deliver outstanding service Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly and professionally Assist in inventory management and cost control Collaborate with management to develop strategies to increase revenue and improve service quality Prepare reports and schedules as required Requirements Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 5-star luxury hotel Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be currently based in the UAE Benefits As per the market standards
