Over deze functie

*Your main responsibilities are arranging transport, preparing customs clearance information, and communicating with forwarders and transport partners. You will also manage item data and handle the processing and registration of purchases.*

* Checking and recording invoices in the inventory system related to export.
* Checking all kinds of documents (transport documents, certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, EUR1, ...)
* Preparing and providing information required for customs clearance
* Following up on open orders and taking action to ensure timely shipment.
* Communicating with forwarders, transport companies, and customs-related stakeholders, including for transport arrangements.
* Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
* Coordinating with various departments, including Customer Service, to ensure the smooth flow of export operations.
* Back up to the general administrative tasks to support the department
