As an Export & Sales assistant you will have following responsibilities:

* Provide commercial support to the sales team * Closely monitor and follow up on contracts, orders, and customer projects * Act as a point of contact for clients and distributors via email and phone * Manage customer portals and ensure accurate product information in collaboration with the Sales Assistant * Assist in the preparation of client visits and international sales trips * Support the organization of professional trade fairs and events * Keep databases, presentations, and commercial documentation up to date * Work closely with other departments within the company
