About this role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and other C-suite executives. This includes managing the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has 5 years+ experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, and confirming travel arrangements.

• Handle correspondence, including responding to emails, screening phone calls, and drafting letters and memos.

• Prepare presentations and reports, including gathering data, formatting documents, and creating visuals.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

• Provide administrative support to other C-suite executives, as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with experience supporting C-suite executives.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• A legal background is a plus.

• Can be direct and work with direct people
