You will coordinate logistics such as meeting room setup, catering, F&B sourcing, visitor badge management, venue research, and vendor liaison, while gradually taking on greater ownership of the catering function for the broader EA team. You will also create professional PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, maintain confidential records with a high level of discretion, and provide day-to-day administrative support across the function. Success in this role requires strong prioritization, comfort handling multiple urgent requests under tight deadlines, a proactive mindset toward process improvement, and a collaborative approach to incorporating feedback and enhancing team efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p> <p><em>Event & Logistics</em></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and corporate events, including catering – with growing ownership of the catering function for the executive assistant team over time</li> <li>Support VIP guest visits: meeting room setup, F&B sourcing, and visitor badge management</li> <li>Source venues and liaise with vendors, surfacing relevant options and data to EAs to support their decision-making</li> </ul> <p><em>Documentation & Tools</em></p> <ul> <li>Create and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents to a professional standard; basic graphic design skills a plus</li> <li>Maintain and organize confidential documents and records</li> <li>Stay current with productivity tools and technologies that improve team output</li> </ul> <p><em>Team & Confidentiality</em></p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to EA team members across the function</li> <li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion</li> <li>Prioritize and manage competing tasks under tight deadlines; provide swift ad-hoc support for urgent matters</li> </ul> <p><em>Continuous Improvement</em></p> <ul> <li>Identify and propose process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency</li> <li>Incorporate feedback and contribute actively to team collaboration</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Need to Succeed</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li> <li>2–3 years of experience in administrative support or coordination roles (fresh grads with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply)</li> <li>Proficient written and spoken English</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information</li> <li>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>It's Great If You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)</li> <li>A global perspective and experience working across diverse cultures</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#Bangkok</p> <p> </p><div…
