<h2>Opportunity &nbsp;</h2> <p>Brunswick Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our New York office as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide a premium level of administrative and business support to client-facing Partners.</p> <p>This role requires an interest in and understanding of our firm’s goals and the role of our Partners. While providing administrative support, you should also serve as a thought partner and driver of your Partners’ efforts, while working in stride with the local Office Manager and collaborating with the U.S. administrative team.</p> <p>** This role requires onsite support Monday through Friday during standard business hours. **</p> <h2>About the Role&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Provide seamless Executive Assistant support to appointed Partner-level staff, including but not limited to flawlessly managing complex calendars and providing strategic administrative support to increase efficiencies and productivity of the assigned Partners.</li> <li>Take a proactive approach to identify and solve potential challenges related to scheduling, travel, and other daily activities before they arise.</li> <li>Understand the nature of our firm’s work, how the leadership team functions, and your role in facilitating that work to seamlessly coordinate with other executive assistants across the firm globally.</li> <li>Coordinate travel bookings and process expenses.</li> <li>Understand and prioritize Partners’ time to ensure they are well-positioned to excel and remain nimble to adjust as needed.</li> <li>Build strong rapport with Partners and client contacts.</li> <li>Respond to emails and requests in a timely fashion, including outside of standard work hours, as needed.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on all associated details.</li> <li>Participate in continuing education and training opportunities provided by the firm.</li> <li>Possess keen awareness of business strategies and acts as project manager where necessary for your Partners’ client teams, coordinating specific team assignments and projects.</li> <li>Identify and execute areas of improvement and increase administrative efficiencies.</li> <li>Proof documents, edit presentations and assist with other preparations for Partners’ meetings.</li> <li>Provide support and coverage to the Office Manager or other administrative staff as needed.</li> <li>Maintain strong internal relationships with the U.S. and international Brunswick teams.</li> <li>Perform related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <p></p> <h3>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Minimum seven (7) years of administrative or operations experience in a fast-paced, confidential, professional services environment</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong project management experience</li> <li>Detail-oriented</li> <li>Ability to manage schedules seamlessly across time zones (domestic and international)</li> <li>Client service orientation, exhibit discretion with confidential client matters</li> <li>Work well independently and strategically as a team player</li> <li>Multi-tasker who exercises keen time management skills</li> <li>Resourceful, problem solver</li> <li>Always maintain professionalism, specifically when dealing with senior business figures</li> <li>Possess a “think on your feet” ability and showcase impeccable judgment</li> <li>High emotional intelligence and strong personal impact</li> <li>Take on challenges readily and bring a truly proactive approach to duties</li> <li>Swift to adapt to various personalities and situations</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li> <li>Intermediate to Advanced software skills, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); email and calendar management; travel and expense management tools; video conferencing systems.</li> </ul> <h3>While not required, the following would be a plus:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in a global corporate/firm setting</li> <li>Communications or consulting/client services industry knowledge and business acumen</li> <li>A sense of humor</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join Us</h2> <p>Whether you are joining a client facing team, a core services team, or starting out on your professional career journey, joining Brunswick unlocks a range of exceptional employee benefits to support your financial future, health and wellness, family and community and continuous professional development.</p> <p>The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package:&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Base Pay:</strong> The annual base compensation range for this role is $90,000-$115,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.</p> <p><strong>Bonus Eligibility:</strong> Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual and firm-wide performance.</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
