Description

As Meetings & Event Coordinator, you will ensure successful planning and execution of meetings and events.

* Coordinate and support delivery of meetings, conferences and events from planning to execution. * Prepare and set up meeting rooms and event spaces. * Coordinate guest services, catering, transportation and other event-related logistics. * Manage meetings and events calendar and contribute to post-event reporting and follow-up. * Support in general office management.
