You’ll be the go-to person for technical issues, IT projects, and documentation while ensuring end-users get fast, reliable support.</p> <p><strong>Job Description </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networking</li> <li>Install and configure hardware and software applications</li> <li>Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning</li> <li>Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects</li> <li>Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs</li> <li>Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues</li> <li>Continuously update technical knowledge and skills</li> <li>Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About Encora</strong></p> <p>Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
