What you'll do
Deliver estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services
Review client intake data and documents prepared by our team, then provide tailored legal advice
Conduct client consultations (primarily via Zoom) and oversee each matter through completion with staff support
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing in [state]
Must currently reside in [state] and hold an active license to practice there
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning or a closely related practice area
Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning
Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred
