Equity Research – Overseas AI Hardware

About our client:
- Top Chinese asset management firm

Location:
- Hong Kong / Singapore / Beijing / Shanghai / Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental research and due diligence on overseas AI hardware companies, including computing (GPU), memory/storage, and related semiconductor supply chains.
- Translate technical and industry insights into actionable investment recommendations for the firm's Portfolio Managers and Research Director.
- Monitor market developments across key regions (US, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore) and cover critical industry players.
- Support the investment team with regular research reports, thematic notes, and ad-hoc analysis.

Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a technical or finance discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience (mid-level or senior) in buy-side, sell-side, or industry roles.
- Deep expertise in at least one AI hardware vertical (compute/GPU or memory/storage), with ability to perform rigorous due diligence.
- Proven ability to convert engineering/industry language into investment and financial insights.
- Fluent in Mandarin (must) and English.
