You will operate within a highly collaborative work environment and report directly to the Corporate EHS Director.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul data-pasted="true"> <li>Creation, revision, and implementation of CG Corporate EHS Policies, Procedures and Forms</li> <li>Oversight management of all EHS processes within the Eastern Region including Canada with direct responsibility for the Greensboro, NC facility.&nbsp;</li> <li>Agenda and Minutes of the Safety/Management Meetings</li> <li>Maintain regular correspondence with the Corporate EHS Director</li> <li>Maintain EHS related documentation&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare for, participate in and follow up on Corporate EHS Audits, as needed</li> <li>Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Safety Review Reports, as needed</li> <li>Contribute to pollution reduction, recycling and sustainability efforts</li> <li>Develop regional EHS communications</li> <li>Online database and Sharepoint management where needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and administer programs and training to reinforce a culture of safety</li> <li>Maintain applicable EHS scorecards</li> <li>Review fleet telematics data for trends and develop action plans for improvement&nbsp;</li> <li>Chemical safety and compliance- ensuring chemical inventories for all labs and inventory rooms are being conducted, tracked, analyzed, with annual waste stream analysis and waste mgmt. plan reviews.</li> <li>Safe Driving Program – work with HR and facilities to maintain the driver’s safety program. Validate drivers, pull MVR’s, and coordinate Drivers Safety training.&nbsp;</li> <li>Workers Compensation, assistance with:</li> <li>Completion of incident investigation reports, database entry, and case management&nbsp;</li> <li>Incident tracking and trend analysis&nbsp;</li> <li>Annual 300A Summary reports</li> <li>Required OSHA incident filings, as needed</li> <li>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program including:&nbsp;</li> <li>Review and evaluate of all PPE programs /…
