About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tagalog (Philippines) linguist to support with Localization projects for the following areas of expertise: Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support.
The work will envolve different tasks like translation, copy editing, linguistic review, linguistic review, quality control review, quality assurance review and MTPE from English into Tagalog (Philippines).
This is a daily freelance engagement with 1-2 hours daily for a leading global technology company
Key Responsibilities

• Perform translation, Copy Edit and review for Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support content

• Work within specific client platforms

• Meet agreed turnaround times and quality standards for daily deliveries

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Tagalo (Philippines), with strong command of English

• Professional experience in Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support translation/localization

• Experience with CAT tools is required

• BA in Linguistics/Translation or at least +3 years of experience

• Great communication skills
