Enersense Engineering is currently looking for an **Engineering Manager** with a mechanical engineering background to support our client's engineering activities in Porvoo, Finland. Our client is offering a long-term position with work starting as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in mechanical engineering, experience coordinating engineering activities and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

**Main tasks and responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and oversee mechanical engineering activities

- Support engineering planning, scheduling and resource coordination

- Review technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables

- Coordinate with project teams, clients and other engineering disciplines

- Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements

- Identify technical challenges and support problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Previous experience in mechanical engineering in process industry environment

- Experience in engineering coordination, project management or technical leadership

- Good understanding of engineering documentation and project execution

- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
