The right candidate is someone who is technically strong, experienced in managing a team of Architects and Engineers, capable of overseeing delivery engagements, and passionate about working with our customers, partners, and employees to drive the business forward.</p> <h3><strong>Your Assignment</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects.</li> <li>Define and communicate the value of technical solutions through structured documentation, value charters, and roadmaps.</li> <li> Take on hands-on technical responsibilities, including technical tasks during sprints.</li> <li>Lead technical discussions with customers and guide solution direction.</li> <li>Handle code reviews and pull request management to ensure code quality.</li> <li>Manage task assignments within sprints and ensure timely delivery.</li> <li>Provide guidance on roadmap planning, best practices, and risk identification.</li> <li>Mentor team members within projects, sharing feedback and supporting growth opportunities.</li> <li>Serve as the point of technical escalation for client engagements.</li> <li>Kick off new projects and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals.</li> <li>Support pre-sales through proposal development, contract review, and client presentations.</li> <li>Conduct technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates.</li> <li>Perform 1:1s and support the career growth of your direct reports.</li> <li>Navigate customer and team challenges with strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></h3> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Core Consulting Qualifications</span></p> <p><em>Customer Experience</em><br>● Develops strategies that link business goals to technical solutions and drive measurable value.<br>● Collaborates with client executives to plan initiatives and enable long-term success.</p> <p><em>Collaboration</em><br>● Leads discussions with stakeholders to resolve competing priorities and align on outcomes.<br>● Shapes customer engagement strategies by identifying needs and mapping Caylent<br>capabilities to business goals.</p> <p><em>Communication</em><br>● Creates clear, actionable roadmaps focused on customer deliverables.<br>● Confidently negotiates timelines and resources while providing recommendations rooted in technical and business expertise.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technical Qualifications</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">● Previous experience managing a team (preferably in the areas of cloud, devops or application development)<br>● Experience working with AWS or other cloud-related solutions<br>● Experience writing, reviewing, and deploying using multiple different coding languages (nodejs, go, react, angular, typescript, python, etc)<br>● Great verbal and written communication skills<br>● Experience managing professional services engagements<br>● Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and the ability to be cross-functional<br>● Possess a natural curiosity and excitement for learning new technology<br>● Desire to integrate innovative technologies into development workflow<br>● Familiarity with Generative AI technologies<br>● Technical background in application development</p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in a client-facing environment</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in consulting or professional services </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with testing and automation</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with UI/UX</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li>100% remote work</li> <li>Flexible Time Off</li> <li>Competitive phantom…
