You’ll lead a squad of engineers through the complexities of modern backend development, and ensure that our frontend experiences are supported by high- performance APIs, secure data modeling, and optimized cloud infrastructure. Your "superpower" should be building robust, scalable server-side environments that power high-traffic enterprise applications. <br><br>To ensure success, you should have<strong> extensive experience with designing architectures and web applications, ensuring the team delivers robust, scalable and secure solutions.</strong> <br>This role involves <strong>hands-on coding </strong>along with a team of 4-5 engineers, maintaining high quality and standards across the full stack to deliver high-performance technologies.</p> <p><strong>Who You’ll Be Working With:<br></strong><br>You’ll work as an Engineering Manager alongside client stakeholders, project managers, designers and engineering teams to guide projects from early discovery through delivery.
