Engagement Manager, Client Delivery

Open. Remote, United States. Full time.
Every paid order at Broadcastwell runs on a delivery clock published on its offer page and ends in a bundle the client can check. This role owns each order from payment to delivered bundle, and owns the difference between work that is drafted and work that is done.
Responsibilities

• Confirm the category and the buyer fit on every paid order before any measurement runs.

• Freeze the question set and hold the delivery clock published on the offer page.

• Run the factual review with the consultants and sign off the delivery manifest.

• Lead the client walkthrough of the findings.

• Write the Fix Sprint implementation plan and schedule the matched re-measure.

• Keep a draft apart from a reviewed deliverable, a drafted correction request apart from a published change, and a movement apart from a proven cause.

What we look for

• Four or more years in client delivery, consulting or customer success for B2B software or marketing services.

• The habit of reading the evidence before writing a recommendation.

• A record of shipping on a clock, with dates you can show.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Where and how

• Remote only, hiring in the United States. Relocation is allowed.

• Broadcastwell is a team of consultants and engineers. Sairam Sivakumar, Founder, is accountable for every order.

• Hours are flexible within US time zones, and work is judged on output.

How the work is measured

• Orders delivered on or before the clock published on the offer page.

• Revision rounds per order, and refunds.

• The share of Category Audits that become Fix Sprints.

• Whether clients put what we deliver to use.

Pay and terms: $100,000 to $125,000 a year, full time, no equity, no visa sponsorship. Applications close 31 December 2026.
