Work from the comfort of your home, a local coffee shop, or wherever in the U.S. brings you joy! All of our events, programming, learning opportunities, membership benefits, and more move through this channel. The Email Marketing Specialist is the primary owner of AMA’s email marketing channel, responsible for day-to-day execution, calendar management, and performance reporting across a high-volume email program. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this role offers full visibility into a well-established email program with infrastructure already in place. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically proficient marketer who thrives on managing competing priorities in a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Campaign Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, test, and deploy a high volume of email campaigns across program types, including promotional, informational, sponsored, fulfillment, transactional, and lifecycle.</li> <li>Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are scheduled, coordinated across teams, and delivered on time.</li> <li>Apply audience segmentation and list logic to ensure the right contacts receive the right communications.</li> <li>Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all sends, including copy, links, audience selection, send time, and formatting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>HubSpot and Marketing Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute and maintain email campaigns and workflows within AMA’s HubSpot Marketing Hub.</li> <li>Work within existing automation infrastructure, including nurture workflows, triggered communications, and lifecycle programs.</li> <li>Support list management, contact segmentation, and subscription type maintenance in HubSpot.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting and Performance Monitoring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pull and maintain regular email performance reports covering open…
