Electrical Technician

As an Electrical Technician, you ensure the safe and reliable operation of our production and utility installations. You perform electrical maintenance, troubleshoot failures and support continuous improvements in a high-tech industrial environment.

You start with a technical training program in day shift, followed by role-specific training and involvement in the installation and start-up of new production lines. After training, you move into your permanent shift schedule or stay in day shift.

With operations starting in Q2 2026, this is a unique opportunity to help launch Europe’s most advanced glass packaging plant and build a long-term career at Ciner Glass Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults * Execute work on installations, sensors, motors and cabinets * Coordinate maintenance requiring downtime * Follow and create technical work instructions * Register maintenance activities and ensure shift handover * Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
