A Fender is more than an instrument, it’s a cultural symbol that resonates globally.</p> <p>We’re seeking an accomplished <strong>eCommerce Manager, Growth &amp; Optimization</strong> based in Phoenix, AZ or Los Angeles, CA to unlock revenue opportunities across Fender.com. Reporting to the VP, eCommerce, this individual will own the growth &amp; optimization program: surfacing revenue opportunities across the funnel, owning and running a robust A/B testing and CRO program, and influencing Product, UX, and Merchandising decisions with clear, data-driven business cases. You’ll be a key voice in shaping how Fender converts visitors into loyal customers and a critical driver of eCommerce revenue growth.</p> <h3><strong>Essential Functions</strong></h3> <p><strong>Analytics &amp; Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Lead analysis of site performance, conversion funnels, customer behavior, and marketing channel impact (paid, CRM, organic, direct).</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Deliver actionable recommendations that improve the digital customer experience and unlock incremental revenue.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Provide the online merchandising team with clear, data-driven visibility into category, product, and promotional performance.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Define success metrics for key initiatives and track post-launch impact to prove ROI.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Partner with enterprise Data &amp; Analytics to validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence; craft dashboards and executive-ready presentations with compelling data storytelling.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Conversion Rate Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Own Fender.com’s A/B and multivariate testing program: from ideation to execution and post-test analysis to improve conversion, AOV, and overall site revenue.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Maintain a prioritized test-and-learn roadmap driven by data, user behavior, and business needs.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Conduct funnel and abandonment analysis to identify friction points and growth opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Influence &amp; Business Case Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Partner with Product and UX to shape roadmap priorities based on analytics and experimentation results.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Collaborate with Digital Marketing on campaign and channel performance, helping allocate investment toward the most efficient growth levers.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Quantify and model the impact of proposed initiatives to influence senior leadership decisions and investment priorities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; 7+ years in eCommerce or digital analytics with a proven track record of driving insights that lead to measurable revenue and customer experience improvements.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Expertise in eCommerce KPIs, funnel optimization, and digital merchandising performance analysis.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate testing programs end-to-end.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Exceptional communicator and data storyteller, comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional partners.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Familiarity with Amplitude, Content Square, Segment, Tableau, Power BI, Avo, and A/B testing platforms.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Highly collaborative and influential: able to drive change and set priorities across Product, UX, Marketing, Merchandising, and Data &amp; Analytics without direct management authority.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Flexible, innovative thinker who stays current on eCommerce trends, technologies, and growth strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Fender Musical Instruments:</strong></p> <p>Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) is one of the world’s leading musical instrument manufacturers, marketers and distributors, whose portfolio of brands includes Fender®, Squier®, Presonus®, Gretsch®, Jackson®, EVH®, Charvel®, Bigsby®, and Groove Tubes®, among others.
