What You'll Do
Assist customers and insurance brokers via phone and email.
Answer questions about insurance products and policy coverage.
Support policy cancellations and general account enquiries.
Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
Handle both inbound and outbound communications while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
English level B2 or higher.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
