COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD. This role plays a critical part in understanding and optimizing patient access by analyzing payer behavior, formulary decisions, utilization management, and contracting dynamics across national, regional, and government payers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The position is part of Market Access, Pricing & Contracting strategy team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Location: </strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hybrid in our New York City office, or remote in the United States.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Reports to:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Senior Director, Market Access Payer and Contract Strategy.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Roles and responsibilities <br></strong>(<em>Include but are not limited to</em>): </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Payer & Access Analytics</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze payer coverage, formulary positioning, step edits, prior authorization, and reimbursement trends</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and report on access performance across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assess the impact of payer policy changes on patient access, demand, and revenue</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop payer segmentation and access metrics to inform strategy and execution</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Contracting & Strategy Support</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support pricing and contracting strategies through scenario modeling and financial impact analyses</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide analytics to support payer negotiations, account planning, and pull-through efforts</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Data & Reporting</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with payer alerts, (medical and pharmacy), formulary, and access data sources</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure data integrity and appropriate interpretation of complex datasets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive summaries</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership</span></li> </ul> <p><span…
