We’re searching for an innovative, results-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead how we position, package, and take our autonomous endpoint management platform to market. This is a player-coach role: you'll lead and grow a small, high-leverage PMM team while personally owning strategic programs including competitive intelligence, pricing and packaging, and analyst relations. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of Marketing — turning product capability into differentiated narrative and measurable pipeline.</p> <h2><strong>WHAT YOU’LL OWN & DRIVE</strong></h2> <h3>Positioning & Messaging</h3> <ul> <li>Own the company and product messaging architecture — narrative hierarchy, proof points, and personas — and keep it consistent across web, content, demand gen, and sales channels</li> <li>Translate technical product requirements and market knowledge into customer-ready stories; pressure-test messaging with customers, sales, and analysts</li> <li>Collaborate with Content Marketing to guide content strategy and accelerate the buyer’s journey</li> <li>Maintain buyer personas for Automox's core ideal customer profile</li> </ul> <h3>Product Launches & GTM</h3> <ul> <li>Own the launch framework end to end: tiering, cross-functional kickoff, enablement, and assets</li> <li>Partner with Product Management on roadmap input, customer and market validation, and launch readiness</li> </ul> <h3>Competitive Intelligence</h3> <ul> <li>Own and run Automox's competitive intelligence program: battlecards, win/loss analysis, competitor tracking, field alerts, and competitive enablement for frontline teams</li> </ul> <h3>Pricing & Packaging</h3> <ul> <li>Own pricing and packaging strategy: SKU structure, tiering, and monetization decisions for new products and integrations, in partnership with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership</li> <li>Run pricing research and competitive price benchmarking; facilitate the packaging decision process for new capabilities</li> </ul> <h3>Sales & Partner Enablement</h3> <ul> <li>Deliver enablement that sticks: talk tracks, objection handling, demo scripts, one-pagers, and certification for Sales and CS</li> <li>Support technology alliance and OEM partnership marketing, including joint positioning with integration partners</li> <li>Curate customer proof — logos, stories, and evidence — for web, sales, and campaigns</li> <li>Occasional travel to events</li> </ul> <h3>Team Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Manage and coach the PMM team</li> <li>Set team strategy, priorities, and operating processes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years in product marketing, with 2+ years managing PMMs, ideally in B2B SaaS security, IT operations, or endpoint management</li> <li>Track record owning product launches that hit pipeline and adoption targets</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude — able to demo products, sit with product managers and engineers, and translate technical features into differentiated messaging</li> <li>Excellent writer and presenter; credible with executives, sales teams, customers, and analysts</li> <li>Hands-on experience running competitive intelligence programs and turning them into sales wins</li> <li>Direct experience with pricing and packaging decisions (SKU strategy, monetization of new products)</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits.
