As Director of Facilities, you'll be the driving force behind safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities — setting the strategic direction while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you thrive in complex, multi-site environments and love building high-performing teams, this role is for you.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and oversee all facilities operations across a large portfolio of manufacturing and industrial sites, ensuring each location meets safety, compliance, and operational standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Strategy and Workplace Operations to develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage a team of regional facilities managers and on-site staff, providing mentorship, clear direction, and accountability</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Own buildout strategy and execution</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Own the capital and operating budgets for facilities across all sites — identifying cost efficiencies without compromising safety or quality</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as the primary point of contact for lease management, vendor relationships, and contractor negotiations across the portfolio</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) teams to ensure all sites remain safe and compliant</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead or support major capital projects including renovations, expansions, and new site buildouts</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, serving as a trusted partner on all facilities-related matters</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">8+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven track record managing large facilities budgets and capital projects</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), industrial equipment maintenance, and EHS compliance</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with facilities management software</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can navigate conversations with frontline technicians and the c-suite equally well</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span…
