<ul> <li class="text-start ">Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business and financial objectives</li> <li class="text-start ">Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations</li> <li class="text-start ">Drive automation and process improvements</li> </ul> </li> <li class="text-start "> <p><strong>Finance & IT Partnership</strong></p>

<ul> <li class="text-start ">Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT</li> <li class="text-start ">Ensure ERP supports core finance functions such as GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and reporting</li> <li class="text-start ">Collaborate with CFO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders</li> </ul> </li> <li class="text-start "> <p><strong>Compliance & Leadership</strong></p>

<ul> <li class="text-start ">Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls</li> <li class="text-start ">Lead and mentor ERP / IT applications team</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <p></p> <p></p> <ul> <li class="text-start ">Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field</li> <li class="text-start ">10+ years ERP systems experience</li> <li class="text-start ">5+ years in leadership roles</li> <li class="text-start ">Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP</li> <li class="text-start ">Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p></p> <p></p> <ul> <li class="text-start ">CPA or equivalent certification</li> <li class="text-start ">ERP implementation leadership experience</li> <li class="text-start ">Experience in global or SOX-compliant environments</li> <li class="text-start ">ERP architecture and integrations expertise</li> <li class="text-start ">Financial systems expertise</li> <li class="text-start ">Leadership and stakeholder management</li> <li class="text-start ">Data analytics and reporting tools</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Base salary range is $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, level, and business need.
