This individual will oversee a growing team of 25–30+ engineers across multiple technical domains and will be accountable for ensuring the successful, high-quality delivery of projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is a technology delivery leader with strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating across time zones, and driving process excellence within a consulting or client-services environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1070" data-end="1093">Delivery Leadership</strong> – Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope alignment.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1207" data-end="1245">Client & Stakeholder Communication</strong> – Act as the point of coordination between the India team and US-based clients, account managers, and executive stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1376" data-end="1395">Team Management</strong> – Mentor and manage engineering, QA, project management, and DevOps teams; foster a high-performance culture.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1510" data-end="1532">Project Governance</strong> – Oversee sprint planning, scrum ceremonies, and delivery reporting; maintain project documentation.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1638" data-end="1659">Resource Planning</strong> – Manage team capacity, project staffing, and skills alignment across multiple engagements.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1756" data-end="1782">Operational Excellence</strong> – Define and implement delivery best practices, KPIs, and continuous improvement strategies.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong data-start="1880" data-end="1902">Talent Development</strong> – Lead recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling efforts to scale the delivery organization.</li> <li data-start="1070" data-end="1204"><strong>Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration</strong>: Ensure consistent overlap and effective communication with US teams and clients. Requires availability during evening hours (approximately 2–3 hours from home, until around 11:30 PM IST) based on project needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with <strong>3+ years in a senior leadership</strong> or engineering management role.</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Hands-on strong technical experience with <strong>TypeScript, JavaScript and AWS</strong></li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Role requires balanced focus - 50% People Management and 50% Technical Leadership</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Proven success managing distributed or global teams, ideally in a consulting or services model.</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Expertise in agile delivery, project tracking, and governance frameworks.</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Strong understanding of software development, cloud, or data engineering environments (preferred).</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Experience working directly with US-based clients and stakeholders.</li> <li data-start="2171" data-end="2294">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Must be available for ~2 hours of evening work to overlap with US teams (until approximately 11:30 PM…
