WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

The Commercial Legal Director in Japan will lead and manage all commercial legal matters within the organization, providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives. This role involves leading the Japan Legal team, managing team member(s), overseeing contract negotiations, managing legal risks related to commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including sales, procurement, other members of Box’s global legal team, and senior management. This is a tremendous opportunity to join an established legal team and add significant value to a dynamic and disruptive company. In this role, you will help make an immediate impact on issues within the organization and be part of its fun culture. This role will be based in Box’s Tokyo office.
