Operational Excellence: Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation and targeting strategies. Apply analytical rigor to determine ideal customer profiles and profitability. Lead sales performance reporting and forecasting. Strategic Governance: Lead architect that is helping to further define and implement the global sales operations roadmap, establishing standardized frameworks for forecasting and pipeline management, while operating in direct alignment with our Regional Sales & CX Leadership Teams. Working in close partnership with our Business Operations Leadership Team to support the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, identifying and eliminating friction in sales workflows to enhance velocity and scalability. Supporting a culture of continuous improvement that is engaged in ongoing testing to deliver the most relevant sales processes and strategies.
Technology Leadership: Leading overall adoption of the sales tech stack, primarily Salesforce, Gong & Clay, and operating as the key partner for reporting to Finance, Sales, and Leadership, while testing emerging generative AI utilization to improve productivity.
Performance Analytics: Steer and further evolve Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews and global reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights on revenue performance, sales cycle efficiency, and pipeline health. Support annual sales compensation planning with data, insight to inform appropriate performance measurements across sales teams. Develop, maintain, and track dashboards to support timely and informed decision-making. Ensure KPIs/metrics used to track the business are consistent across teams and align to broader business initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
Sales Planning: Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and skills development, and annual global initiatives for territory planning, market expansion, quota setting, and incentive compensation design in collaboration with Finance, HR & Leadership. Serve as a key liaison between Sales, CX, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure go-to-market (GTM) readiness.
Branch is at a rare and exciting inflection point. We’ve gone from high-growth startup to market leader, and we’re continuing to grow with purpose. Here’s why now is the time to join:
People & Culture: People are our foundation. Our teams exemplify this, boasting exceptional talent density with individuals who are driven, collaborative, and humble, all sharing a commitment to delivering outstanding work.
Top-Tier Customers & Global Scale: We work with the world’s fastest-growing and most iconic brands agnostic of vertical (think Walmart, Marriott, Adobe, Sephora, Chipotle, CVS Aetna, T-Mobile, Citi, NBC / Peacock), so your work has massive reach and visibility.
Seasoned Leadership: Our executive team includes leaders who’ve taken multiple companies public or to successful acquisition. We're navigating growth with real experience, not guesswork.
Momentum & High-Impact Stage: We're growing fast, but not bloated. We’re big enough to matter, but small enough for you to make a significant dent with meaningful ownership.
Innovation: We're tackling new challenges - cross-platform experiences, privacy-safe attribution, and AI-driven personalization - giving you a chance to shape the next generation of customer growth.
