Aspect Biosystems seeks a Director of Clinical Operations to lead global Phase I-III cell therapy trials. You will oversee strategy, startup, execution, and closeout, collaborating with Regulatory, Quality, CMC, and Data Management to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Base your work on-site in Vancouver or Fremont, with a strong emphasis on program leadership and cross-functional partnerships. You will develop operational milestones, manage budgets, and drive risk-mitigation strategies
