Azurity is growing & the Director of Leadership Development will play a critical role in building the management capabilities and high-potential talent pipeline that will sustain our commercial field organization through its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Training & Development, this role owns the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of field manager development programming — from frontline first-line manager onboarding through advanced leadership curricula for experienced DSMs and high-potential field talent. The successful candidate will bring both the strategic vision to build a best-in-class field leadership program and the hands-on capability to execute it.
Responsibilities
• Design and lead a comprehensive field manager development program spanning new manager onboarding, core management skills, and advanced leadership development for experienced FLMs.
• Build and manage a high-potential identification and development framework for field talent, in partnership with HR and commercial leadership.
• Develop curriculum, facilitation guides, and learning assets for in-person, virtual, and blended manager development programming.
