What Makes This Role Distinct

This is a “many hats” leadership role by design. It uniquely combines the builder’s accountability for delivering flagship QCSA data products, the operator’s discipline of running the portfolio and analytics enablement engine, and the flexibility to absorb cross-team special projects as the VP of QCSA directs. Success looks like flagship products delivered, an organization thatruns onclear and repeatable processes, institutional knowledge that is captured and reused, and a team that flexes confidently through constant change.

Design and lead a comprehensive knowledge-management strategy: capture learnings, maintaina searchable repository of institutional knowledge, run the QCSA Learning Series and lunch-and-learns, and drive a culture of standardization, reuse, and continuous learning across QCSA.
