About this role
Copywriter (Women’s Health)
Eyeball Grabber Wanted: You’ve written ads that interrupted the scroll. Emails that earned the click. Landing pages that made the offer feel obvious. Video scripts that hooked fast and held attention. And sales copy that turned complicated product benefits into simple, human, persuasive messages. You know how to write with empathy, clarity, proof, and punch. You can take a clinical study, a customer insight, a product USP, or a messy brief and turn it into copy that feels easy to read and hard to ignore.
If that sounds like you, here’s your next big opportunity:
We want a Copywriter to help us write high-performing, conversion-focused copy across ads, emails, sales pages, social, video scripts, blogs, and more.
Small print here ⇒ We’re a women’s health supplement company. So if you can’t write in a way that makes women feel heard, understood, and safe enough to trust you… this isn’t the role for you.
Still here? Okay then…
This job will give you ALL the feels:
We create clinically supported, natural solutions for some of the biggest health challenges women over 40 face today. And your words will help more women discover those solutions.
Your copy will help a menopausal woman understand her body better. Feel more confident in her choices. Take action. And maybe even change the way she thinks about her health, her future, and what’s possible for her.
If that excites you, you’ll find no better place to continue your copywriting career than here.
This job might be for you if you’ve got…
3–5 years of proven copywriting experience. When we look at your portfolio we’ll see a full-spectrum of ads, emails, landing pages, and sales pages that converted like a Kentucky Tent Revival. There’s no doubt about it… your copy SELLS!
Direct response chops that make your words cut through the clutter. You know how to write hooks, leads, headlines, subject lines, bullets, offers, calls-to-action, and sales arguments that pull people in and keep them reading. If you can make a reader think, “Okay, I need to know where this is going,” we want to talk.
A Makepeace-like ability to turn product features into customer benefits. You don’t stop at “contains calcium, magnesium, boron, and vitamin D3.” You ask: Why does that matter? What does the customer already believe? What are they afraid of? What have they tried? What do they need to understand before this feels worth buying?
A brain that can find the story in the science. You dig through a database of clinical studies, spot the strongest marketing nuggets, and turn them into a compelling product story. You don’t just summarize research. You connect the ingredients, doses, mechanisms, and results in a way that is clear, accurate, persuasive, and easy for a real human to understand. Bonus points if you’ve done this in health, wellness, supplements, or women’s health.
A performance-driven approach to writing. You don’t treat copy like precious art carved into marble. You want to know what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next. CTR, CVR, CPA, open rate, click rate, rankings, traffic, revenue — these numbers don’t bruise your ego. They sharpen your instincts.
A full-funnel writing brain. You understand that a Meta ad, an email, a sales page, a video script, an organic post, and a blog all have different jobs. You can shift tone, format, pace, and depth depending on the channel, while keeping the message consistent and on-brand.
A strong understanding of hooks, angles, and offers. You know the difference between a headline that states a fact and a hook that creates momentum. You can find fresh angles in customer reviews, testimonials, research papers, competitor funnels, product details, and the quiet little objections most writers miss.
The ability to write both short and long. You can write a 12-word ad hook, a 90-character description, a PWAT-style email, a 6,000-word sales page, or a VSL-style script without losing the thread. You know when to be punchy, when to explain, when to agitate, and when to get out of the reader’s way.
A thick portfolio that shows you can sell. Show us copy that made people click, buy, book, watch, download, subscribe, or take the next step. And if you have results, bring them. We love results around here. We may even clap.
A detective’s eye for customer insight. Reviews. Surveys. Testimonials. Comments. Competitor pages. Sales calls. Clinical studies. You know the best copy rarely starts with a blank page. It starts with listening.
Experience writing SEO, AEO, or GEO content. You can write helpful, searchable content without sounding like you swallowed a keyword spreadsheet. You know how to answer real questions clearly, structure information well, and still make the copy feel warm, useful, and human.
A healthy respect for compliance, claims, and accuracy. We work in the health space, which means “sounds convincing” is not good enough. Your copy needs to be truthful, sourced, compliant, and trustworthy. You know how to make a strong point without wandering into forbidden-claim territory wearing a blindfold.
A detail-oriented editing brain. You catch typos, clunky transitions, unsupported claims, awkward phrasing, missing context, and sentences that sound like they were written by a robot with a vitamin deficiency.
The ability to use AI without letting AI use you. You’re comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, outlining, variation, and speed. But you still bring the strategy, taste, judgment, empathy, and final polish.
A collaborative, receptive attitude. You’ll work with marketers, designers, video editors, stakeholders, and other writers. You’ll get feedback. Sometimes a lot of it. You don’t need to defend every sentence like it’s a beloved family heirloom. You listen, revise, improve, and make the work better.
The organization to handle multiple projects without going feral. Ads, emails, blogs, scripts, landing pages, revisions, research, feedback, deadlines — you can keep things moving,…
