**Your role**

You'll never recruit alone.
As a Digital Recruitment Specialist, you'll work hand in hand with our Key Account Managers, founders and clients to understand their business challenges, define the right recruitment strategy and identify the experts who'll make the difference.
From the very first client meeting to the successful onboarding of a consultant, you'll play an active role in every step of the recruitment journey. Because at Digitribe, recruitment isn't a support function, it's at the heart of our business.
You'll become a trusted partner for both clients and consultants, helping organizations solve complex technology challenges while guiding experienced digital professionals towards the next step in their careers.

**You'll**

* Work closely with our Key Account Managers to understand clients' business challenges and define the best recruitment strategy.
* Source, approach and engage experienced digital professionals through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other creative channels.
* Interview consultants to understand not only their technical expertise, but also their ambitions, motivations and career aspirations.
* Write engaging job advertisements and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
* Present and advise clients on the most relevant experts for their projects.
* Guide consultants throughout the entire recruitment journey, from the first conversation to onboarding and long-term follow-up.
* Build and nurture your own community of digital experts and become a recognised point of contact within your market.

More than recruitment:

* You'll work directly with decision-makers and digital experts from some of Belgium's leading organizations across Finance, energy, retail and many other industries.
* You'll regularly meet clients on-site, participate in networking events and technology conferences, and attend workshops led by recognized experts in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Architecture, Data and AI.
