As **Digital Sales Executive**, you are the first point of contact for prospective customers looking for international moving services. Through virtual surveys and customer conversations, you assess their relocation needs and translate these into accurate quotations and tailored moving solutions.

Your tasks as a **Digital Sales Executive**:

* **Conduct virtual surveys** * **Advise customers** on moving procedures - including transportation options, customs formalities... * **Prepare quotations & follow-up** and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings * Close collaboration with the moving coordinators, pricing colleagues and the operational teams * **Follow-up KPI's** (quotations, bookings, revenue...) * Provide customers with a professional and positive experience throughout the sales journey.
