Developer/Programmer (LATAM only)

About this role

This is a remote position.

Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)We are looking for a talented and motivated Jr Developer/Programmer with a strong IT background to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with GitHub, Java + Spring Framework, and SQL, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Python is a plus but not mandatory.This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their programming skills and contribute to impactful projects while working remotely.

Requirements

• Proven experience with GitHub for version control.

• Proficiency in Java + Spring Framework (Required).

• Moderate knowledge of SQL for database interactions.

• IT background or related degree/certifications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level required).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Python for scripting purposes.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of other programming languages or tools is a plus.
