Design Manager (PMC / Data Centre) – CSA & MEP Integration

Location: - Johor Bahru - 1 year contract (extendable) - Quick start date for those with short or no notice period

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete design lifecycle, acting as a bridge between global clients, consultancies, and contractors. - Conduct technical constructability reviews to ensure design feasibility. - Resolve complex MEP and structural layout clashes using BIM/Navisworks. - Drive local authority permitting workflows (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA) to secure building clearances and final Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Requirements: - 8 to 12+ years of experience in technical design management or multi-disciplinary coordination for heavy industrial, utility, or mission-critical data center projects. - In-depth knowledge of Malaysian UBBL codes and local statutory submission processes. - Proven ability to manage complex interfaces between consultants and contractors.
