Apt Resources is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Hot & Cold Kitchen to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards. As a key member of the culinary team, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes in accordance with the hotel’s recipes and standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items efficiently in the hot and cold section of the kitchen
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the hotel's standards and recipes
Assist in managing the kitchen station and maintaining stock levels
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following health and safety guidelines
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
Work flexible hours as required including weekends and holidays
Requirements
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
Strong knowledge of hot and cold kitchen cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional qualification
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene standards in a kitchen environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be currently in UAE
