About this role

Our client in the UK is a fast-growing B2B events company connecting senior business leaders through high-impact experiences: fine dining events, day conferences, and executive roundtables. They are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to identify, engage, and secure senior business leaders as attendees at our events, using strong sales and communication skills to drive registrations rather than revenue.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business on a rapid growth trajectory, with the team having more than doubled in size over the past year, and to build a genuine career using sales skills in the events space.
Key Responsibilities

•
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers as potential attendees.

•
Registration Management: Confirm attendance and register key decision-makers for events.

•
Client Research: Understand what matters to senior leaders and identify the right people to invite.

•
Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams to deliver seamless events and engage Fortune 500 attendees.

•
Event Attendance: Represent the company at events across the UK and internationally.

•
CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate, up-to-date records and manage your pipeline of attendees effectively.

•
Planning & Organisation: Proactively manage your own diary, priorities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales or events experience.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills.

• High emotional intelligence.

• Positive, team-player attitude.

Desired Skills

• Tech-savvy, ideally with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
