**YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL**

The Tribe Artificial Intelligence aims to deliver an efficient and seamless banking experience for our customers and empower our employees through AI. Our expert team of approximately 90 experts includes Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers. We are seeking a Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI applications, including both generative and predictive AI.

**AND IN DETAIL**

* You develop AI applications to address various business challenges, including virtual assistants to enhance client experiences, advanced AI tools to support employee efficiency and creativity, and automation to optimize internal processes.
* You use various analytical methods, including large language models (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning), speech-to-text, agentic AI applications, image generation and interpretation, and classical statistical/machine learning techniques. While expertise in all areas is not required, strong proficiency in core technologies and the ability to learn new methods as needed are essential.
* You contribute to deploying AI applications in production using a comprehensive stack of tools.
* You access one of the richest volumes of varied data in the market and apply your skills to it.
