About the role

In this position, you will play a key role in driving high-value AI and automation initiatives within a modern manufacturing environment. You will work extensively with raw data from local servers and multiple sources to build, optimize, and scale smart solutions across production facilities. You will focus on developing and expanding factory automations, handling raw data, cleaning master data, and building models for forecasts. You will also design and execute data pipelines and workflows within Databricks.

You will collaborate closely with your team and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real-world manufacturing and supply chain needs.

Work tasks
- Developing and expanding factory automations and AI solutions
- Handling raw data, cleaning master data, and building models to forecast e.g. resource needs
- Designing and executing data pipelines and workflows within Databricks
- Collaborating closely with the team and business stakeholders

We are looking for

- Excellent knowledge in SQL and Databricks
- Hands-on experience in building AI solutions and working with different frameworks (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
- Understanding of general business processes (Experience in supply chain and process industry is considered an asset)
- Strong collaboration skills and innovative and solution-oriented approach to work
- Fluent communication skills in English (Finnish language skills are considered an asset)
