Impressive, right? </p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience? </p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>As a <strong>Technical Project Manager (Data Engineering)</strong>, you will play a key role in ensuring that our data solutions deliver tangible value to both internal teams and external partners. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Data Tech Leads, Engineers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to translate business needs into clear technical deliverables — and drive those projects to completion with excellence and precision.</p> <p>This is a highly cross-functional role: you’ll navigate between the world of technology and the world of business with equal fluency, ensuring impeccable communication, alignment, and execution across teams.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner closely with <strong>Data Engineering Tech Leads</strong>, <strong>Product Managers</strong>, and <strong>Project Managers</strong> to scope, plan, and deliver data and reporting solutions for internal teams and external partners.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Tech Leads to make sure partner needs are not only understood but embedded into the technical roadmap and delivery priorities.</li> <li>Meet with partners to discuss data-related projects, gather requirements, and present progress or deliverables.</li> <li>Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, and Growth teams to align requirements and timelines for data-driven initiatives.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to partners showcasing Fever’s data products and capabilities.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of Fever’s <strong>data model, business processes, partner-facing dashboards, data products, APIs</strong>, and how they connect business needs with technical capabilities.</li> <li>Translate <strong>business questions into precise technical specifications</strong> for engineers and data teams.</li> <li>Monitor and manage project <strong>timelines, milestones, and dependencies</strong>, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify and propose <strong>technologies or process improvements</strong> that help solve current challenges and shape the future of our data ecosystem.</li> <li>Contribute actively to the execution of the <strong>Data Engineering vision</strong>, driving high-quality delivery across projects.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Excellent command of English is essential</strong>, as you will regularly communicate with international clients and partners; Spanish will be the primary working language with local teams and clients.</li> <li>You have solid experience managing <strong>data or analytics projects</strong> end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.</li> <li>You understand how <strong>data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems</strong> work — and can hold meaningful conversations with engineers about architecture and trade-offs.</li> <li>You’re equally comfortable discussing project timelines with stakeholders and schema design with developers.</li> <li>You thrive in <strong>fast-moving environments with evolving definitions and ambiguity</strong>, where stakeholders may not be technical — and you bring structure, clarity, and momentum.</li> <li><strong>Communication skills are key:</strong> you know how to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>You take <strong>extreme ownership</strong> — from discovery to delivery — and ensure that every project meets both technical and business expectations.</li> <li>You have excellent communication skills in <strong>English and Spanish</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with tools like <strong>Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, DataHub</strong>, or <strong>BI platforms</strong> (Metabase, Superset, Looker, etc.) is a plus.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-start="255" data-end="316">Experience working on <strong>partner-facing…
