We offer professionals opportunities to train in the leading technologies, make an impact within the industry and acquire valuable new skills whether on client sites or in one of our regional offices.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong> </p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As the Data Center Cabling Project Manager, you will lead and manage, cabling installations for major AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. You’ll oversee all aspects of low-voltage cabling, from planning and standards to field execution, and make sure everything is installed safely, correctly, and on schedule.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p>You do not need prior Project Manager experience to be considered. We're looking for experienced leaders with strong data center cabling backgrounds who have successfully led field teams and installations. If you've worked as a Data Center Cabling Superintendent, Cabling Superintendent, Cabling Lead, Lead Technician, Lead Fiber Technician, Foreman, Field Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Installation Supervisor, or similar leadership role, we'd love to hear from you. If you've been leading crews, managing projects in the field, coordinating subcontractors, and driving installations from start to finish, this role may be a great fit.</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time, salaried position offering $100,000-$120,000 commensurate with experience, full benefits, PTO, training, and performance-based bonuses.</li> <li>This position requires 75% travel to project sites nationwide, including AI build locations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Review and oversee installation of cabling and support systems in new data center white space.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Set and maintain cabling standards (fiber and copper) for multiple projects.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and manage cabling tracking sheets (pull patch schedules)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and internal crews to keep projects on schedule.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform on-site quality checks - verifying terminations, labeling, routing, and test results.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor project progress and timelines; communicate changes and updates to leadership and clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Enforce safety rules and lead daily toolbox talks with field teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Report daily field progress and any issues impacting schedules or budgets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">3+ years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optic systems - ideally in large data centers or mission-critical environments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience managing field cabling crews.</span><span…
