<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">AIR’s Healthcare Transformation Program is seeking a<strong> Data Analyst II</strong>. This role will support healthcare-related projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and experience in quantitative data management and analysis, including statistical analysis, modeling, and producing data visualizations, to ensure high-quality data-driven insights. The candidate will also have experience managing, cleaning, and analyzing complex data from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medical Expenditures Panel Survey (MEPS), and/or similar large, nationally representative surveys and claims.</span></p> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">AIR's Healthcare Transformation Program partners with Medicare, Medicaid, federal and state agencies, foundations, and private organizations to advance evidence-based healthcare policy, financing, quality measurement, and value-based care through innovative research, analytics, technology, and implementation solutions that improve health outcomes, patient experiences, and affordability.</span></div> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position has the flexibility to work remotely within the United States (U.S.) or from one of AIR’s U.S. office locations.
